A) Main Parts

JX2020S is a fortified angle processing machine, the cylinder moving and the piston fixed. The board of mainframe, mould base, punching holder and some other parts are fortified, so that the machine can ensure higher pressure and heavy load for long-term and steady running.

B) Product Feature of Angle punching machine:

a)Punching part, cylinder moving and guided by eight side, piston fixed. Keep balance of the moving of punches, improve the stability of the cylinder. The fixation point of piston is spherical surface connection, eccentric-load can self-adjusted.

b).Uprightness press

The press cylinder is upright ,guide surface sufficient, press-moving balanced, with high power of press, reduce the impact and the recoil of punching ,and improve the stability of the machine.

c)Centralizedlubrication

Centralized lubrication, easy for maintenance, ensure fully lubricated for each side of the cylinder, increase service life, debase the failure rate
